House rules in full

What governs accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, brought together.

1. Who can play

To register and play you must be 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. Checking that online gambling is lawful in your country is up to you.

2. Operator and licence

MAIREKE LIMITADA, registered in Costa Rica, operates Lucky Boom Casino under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, governs these terms.

3. Your account

A person may hold a single account. Give correct details and make sure your account name matches the name on your payment method. Keep your login details safe.

• Several accounts under one name, device or payment method can be closed with no warning.
• Formal requests, such as self-exclusion or closing the account, have to be sent from your registered email.

4. Paying in

Pay in only from a payment instrument held in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20, and €40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit.

• Cards allow 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, capped at €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are kept separate and cannot be combined.

5. Cashing out and verification

Every withdrawal needs full KYC beforehand: a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the past three months, all with matching names. Under AML rules, deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before you can withdraw.

• The minimum withdrawal is €40, and requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
• For non-jackpot winnings the limits are €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month; jackpot wins have no cap.
• A withdrawal larger than a method's per-transaction limit may be paid in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before it completes, and the money goes back to your playing balance.

6. Bonuses

Switch every bonus on in your profile before the deposit that qualifies for it; it cannot be added later. Only one bonus can be active at any time.

• Wagering is ×40 on the welcome package and ×15 on the first live bonus.
• The top stake while wagering is €5 per spin or round, and €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots count for 100%, live casino for 10%, and table games and video poker for 0%.
• Bonus winnings are capped at €10,000 across all bonuses, and the cash-out after wagering at 10 times the initial bonus.
• Asking for a withdrawal during an active bonus cancels that bonus and its balance.

7. Inactive accounts

After six months in a row with no activity, €10 a month is charged for as long as the account keeps a positive balance.
